There are several specialized software packages that are necessary to stay on top of all the part changes in the automobile world. The client had spent a great deal of money on these packages and they worked well, but did not work together.
This client was a joy to work with. He knew exactly what he wanted and we went right to work. The first problem we solved was the automation of data imports from the automotive software. Then we went on to create a program flow that matched his process and allowed his employees to bring a customer account from quote to pickup in an organized and obvious way.
Along the way we added the ability to attach various documents and images to the account for documentation purposes. Inventory was tracked and totals were calculated. A couple reports finished the project off and he was up and running.
