“We were looking for a document and parts management solution for our Auto Collision Repair business. This proposed system would have to be populated with data from a separate estimating and work control system. We could not find a commercially available system that would meet our needs without being too expensive for a return on the investment. I contacted Mr. Tocci and described our needs. We provided a vision of a project with the required links for data acquisition and what information we needed from the proposed system. Mr. Tocci carried this vision into the development of a multi-user, server based, database system that met all of our current needs. He also, provided solutions during the design to ensured the system was robust for future growth. This project was accomplished by scheduling the work around my availability and was completed in a minimum amount of time. I have worked with numerous consultants for software design / implementation and this was one of the most productive and positive efforts that I have been involved in.„

“Of all the cliche's, quotes or general one liner business philosophies I've heard, the one that seems to always remain at top in my mind came from a bank [Bank of America, I think] television commercial a couple years back.  An upper level bank manager expressed that his {goal each day was not to perform 1 billion check transactions correctly, but instead to flawlessly perform 1 check transaction and then duplicate the process 1 billion times}.  In these few words I hear that effective procedure ensures accuracy, reduces effort, improves morale, and in general gets results.  What better way to aid in this than through customized electronic systemization. 
Like most companies, at one time we operated using a few non-connected, application specific, off the shelf programs, which in a sense held hostage our processes.  Though the ultimate goal was accomplished through the procedure surrounding these programs, it was apparent that replication of effort, key error, as well as data query and management, cost time and money in the pursuit of growth.  Particularly when free enterprise offers little room for robust margin in our industry, it made sense to streamline our process with software designed to fit around it. 
Understanding the existing challenges, newly defined direction, as well as our vision for the future, UNIREV was able to design a multifaceted, innovative program beyond our expectations.  Most importantly it is flexible for adaptability to the ever changing market environment without having to buy new software or create all together new systems.
